About ME


Established during the lockdown of 2020 when remote working became the new normal, Harlequin B helps small business owners like you to outsource your administration. You will be able to free up your precious time so you can focus on growing your company. 

I have over twenty years of administration, office management, finance, marketing and PA experience in the architectural and design sectors. In other words, I know how these industries function and what will make life easier for you. Prior to setting up on Harlequin B, I was a practice manager for a busy architectural studio in West London for three years, and was instrumental in delivering new systems and processes for the smooth running of the office and team. As the only non architect in the team, my role included everything except drawing!

Experienced in Sage, Xero, MS Office, Google Suite, Adobe Indesign and Photoshop, social media management, GDPR and more, I will take the stress out of getting on top of your day to day tasks and keep you organised, so you can enjoy more time to win clients or focus on your existing ones. Harlequin B is a community member of the Society of Virtual Assistants.

Based in Faversham, however I offer fully remote Virtual Services for busy architectural designers and small business owners on an hourly rate, monthly retainer or package basis.

Pricing

I offer a range of monthly retainer and task packages based on a set number of hours per month. I can advise on the best package following our initial consultation call. Once we start working together, I will regularly review hours spent on your tasks, and if I think that a different package would be more appropriate, I will suggest this.

HOW IT WORKS

 

 

Free Initial Consultation

We’ll start with a discovery call to run through what tasks you are looking to outsource. This is a great chance to get to know each other, I’ll answer any questions you may have about working remotely, and we can run through how you prefer to work and what level of support you are looking for.

Proposal for Services

I’ll suggest the best package for you based on our conversation. If you are happy to proceed, a contract will be prepared for signing before we begin. This will reassure you of my commitment and credentials.

Business Questionnaire

I’ll send you an in-depth questionnaire relating to your business, your goals, and what software you use, etc. We will agree actions, timescales, deliverables and next steps so that the relationship works perfectly. I will be an extension of your office, so we need to be working off the same page.

Off we go!

We’ll be in regular contact for the initial few days to make sure you’re happy and everything is running like clockwork. Future contact can be as regular (or not) as you like, but I will always be on hand to answer any questions.
